GENERAL
1. HXD is, and remains the owner of the designs, until HXD has received full payment for the designs. After that, HXD will give you all rights, including copyright, in the designs created for you under this agreement.
You are NOT allowed to use any designs we made if you did not pay for them in full. It is only after 100% payment that you are the owner.
2. HXD requires an advance payment of 50%. Then upon completion of the final design, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs. Every amount lower than $ 2,500.00 USD must be paid fully in advance.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age or of legal majority in your jurisdiction to order adult design services from HXD.
4. We accept the following forms of payment:
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We are dedicated to our customers and that is why we will continue to create a design, until you are fully satisfied. We expect from you to keep the agreements that have been made together and are stated in the quote.
Unlike other web design companies, We will provide you with a fully functional sample of your design, so you will be able to view the final real outcome in real size.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
Once there is a legal agreement, the contract cannot be terminated before all actions of the contract are finished. If for any reason the binding contract will not occur after payment have been made all expenses HXD made (with a minimum of at least 50% of the total contract amount) will be paid to us. HXD is, and remains the owner of the designs until 100% is paid, no design is to be used without our permission.
CONTRACT COMPLETION
When we have delivered the designs to the agreed upon specifications and you have made your final payment we consider the contract closed.
After the contract is closed we have no legal connection, we have no joint venture.
You are responsible for your own actions.
DISCLAIMER
Under no circumstances will HXD be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the design services, hosting contract for the website or any content purchased from a third party. Any content you might provide to us must be legally approved (no models under the age of 18, or not of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
We respects your professional designs that you have ordered with our company or with others. We will only use it to assist you achieving your goals. Your copyrights are yours and will remain yours. HXD will not take your design work for use on any other site, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance.
We guarantee that all information that you share with us, including design work, contact information and client notes will remain confidential.
PORTFOLIO FEATURING
You grant us the revoking right to show designs or artwork created for you in our website portfolio. If due any circumstance you do not want your site in our portfolio let us know and we will remove it. Client happiness and satisfaction is our main priority
