The following terms and conditions are binding. Every person who wants to hire Hardcore XXX Design for there project/design service will be hold to these terms and conditions, since they apply on every contract Hardcore XXX Design makes with there customers.

GENERAL

1. Hardcore XXX Design is, and remains the owner of the designs, until Hardcore XXX Design has received full payment for the designs. After that, Hardcore XXX Design will give you all rights, including copyright, in the designs created for you under this agreement. You are NOT allowed to use any designs we made if you did not pay for them in full. It is only after 100% payment that you are the owner.

2. Hardcore XXX Design requires an advance payment of 50%. Then upon completion of the final design the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.
Every amount lower than $ 4,000.00 USD must be paid fully in advance.

New clients need to pay fully in advance.

3. You must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction to order services from Hardcore XXX Design.

4. Hardcore XXX Design accepts the following forms of payment:
* Money/Wire Transfer
* Direct Money Transfer (such as Western Union or Moneygram)
* Paypal

5. Under no circumstances will Hardcore XXX Design be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the design services, hosting contract for the website or any content purchased from a third party. Any content you might provide to us must be legally approved (no models under the age of 18, or not of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
After the contract is finished, we delivered the design and you made your final payment, we have no legal connection. You are responsible for your own actions.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

1. Hardcore XXX Design is dedicated to our customers and that is why we will continue to create a design, until you are fully satisfied.
Unlike other webdesign companies, Hardcore XXX Design will provide you with a fully functional sample of your design, so you will be able to view the final real outcome in real size.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

1. Once there is a legal agreement, the contract can not be terminated before all actions of the contract is finished/done. If for any reason the binding contract will not occur after payment have been made(order for design work provided by Hardcore XXX Design) all expenses Hardcore XXX Design made (with a minimum of at least 50% of the total contract amount) will be paid to Hardcore XXX Design (all design work will stay with Hardcore XXX Design until 100% is paid, no design is to be used without Hardcore XXX Design's permission).
