• How do you work?

2. Write a detailed quote with all the project details and send it to you.
3. If you want to proceed you will receive the invoice for your project.
4. You make a down payment, which will be our confirmation to start with the project (read terms for more info).
5. We make a sample of the ideas according to the agreed specifications stated on the quote.
6. You can give detailed feedback and changes you might have.
7. Completion of your site which will be delivered 100% operational.
8. You get one month of free support, which include maintenance, marketing help & advice, traffic generation tips and more.
   
   
   

• Do you have a "Satisfaction Policy"?

Yes, Hardcore XXX Design is dedicated and that's why we will continue to create a design, until you are fully satisfied.
Please note: this is within reason... you can't keep on changing things back and forward and then forward and back again.
We expect from our clients to keep the agreements that have been made together. If you change your mind and just want a couple of changes we will do that gladly (just be reasonable).

• Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

This depends on how much work has been done on your project.
If you wish to cancel we will refund your payment in proportion to the amount of work completed. (read terms for more info)

Payment Questions:

• How can I pay you?

We accepts the following forms of payment:
* Bank / Wire Transfer
* Paypal
* Epassporte
* Money Order (such as Western Union or Moneygram)

• Do I have to pay up front?

Yes, 50% deposit is required in advance for all projects over $ 2,500 USD, and full payment in advance is required for amounts under $ 2,500 USD.

Design Questions:

• Do you design all Niches?

No! We do not. We do not work on sites that are illegal or we find unethical. Contact us to ask if you have doubts about your project.

• How fast is your "Turn Around" time?

That depends on the size and difficulty of your project. But mostly within 14 days.


• Do you do flash?

Yes, we do stunning flash work.


• Do you upload my site?

Yes, your site will be delivered fully operational.

• Are your designs compatible with all major browsers and different screen resolutions?

Yes, they are. Our sites are also W3C compliant

• Do I get the original design files?

Yes, as soon as you paid us 100% for your design work you receive the original design files.

• Can you assist/advise me with difficult scripts?

Sure, we can.

Content/Photo Questions:

• Do I need licensed quality photos to design with?

Yes, you do. If you do not have licensed photos or do not know where to get them we can assist you in this.

• Do you supply content for my members area?

No we don't. We can point you to some good and reliable content providers
who will be happy to give you a huge discount if we ask them.

Billing processors:

• How can I secure my members area and what are the cost?

We will install a 3rd party Credit card processor(like CCBill or any other company of your choice) to make sure your site can handle all mayor billing transactions.
